The Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003, intruduced 17th December 2003.

The Regulations are set out by the UK Government, and regulate the way agencies work with (Artist/Promoter/Venue). They are set out in writing for the reference of anyone involved and are agreed to by all parties.
In order to comply to these regulations, you (Promoter/Venue) will need to sign and return a copy of our Standard Terms of Business. The Standard Terms of Business cover those terms set out in the Regulations that we are required to provide you (Promoter/Venue) with in order to comply with these Regulations. Variables.
In addition to these Terms of Business, it is known that, from time to time, there may be further terms to which we agree and indeed, certain terms are not applicable. They do, however, cover the principal terms under which we conduct our business. Any variables upon these terms will be given in writing to those parties concerned.
